AutoBuilder is software that prepares digital dental models for 3D printing: it orients intraoral scans, removes scan artifacts, and adds a printable base. It is a laboratory and manufacturing aid.
AutoBuilder is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or make clinical recommendations, and nothing it produces is clinical advice. Every model it outputs is a manufacturing preparation of data you supply, intended for use by dental professionals.
The service is intended for dental professionals, laboratories and their staff. You remain responsible for reviewing every output before clinical or laboratory use — including fit, accuracy and suitability for the intended purpose — exactly as you would review any technician's work. Outputs are provided "as is", and you use them at your own risk.
Dental and data-protection regulation differs by country and state. You are responsible for using AutoBuilder in accordance with the laws and professional rules that apply where you practise, including any patient-consent and record-keeping obligations.
Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One subscription covers the practice or laboratory named on the account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including attempts to breach fair-use limits or interfere with the platform).
Free includes 10 online models per calendar month, with no desktop app. Pro costs A$29 per month or A$290 per year, excluding GST, and includes unlimited models (subject to fair use below), the Windows desktop app and 3 connected computers. Extra computers cost A$10 per month each (A$100 per year on yearly billing), prorated when added or removed. Subscriptions started at a launch price keep that price for as long as they stay active without a break.
Each paid subscription covers one practice or lab location. Staff use individual verified logins and share the subscription across online and desktop builds. Labs may process their clients’ scans, but may not share access with those clients or unrelated businesses. Account resale, sharing across locations and third-party automated services are not included.
One model is one arch. Free models reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Failed builds and repeat downloads do not count. Rebuilding the same uploaded scan in the same month does not use another model; adjusting an existing completed job is also included. At the free limit, new models pause until the reset or an upgrade to Pro; there are no automatic overage charges.
Fair use. Pro is unlimited for the normal work of one practice or lab location. To protect the service for everyone, a workspace may start up to 300 models in any 24-hour period; beyond that, new models pause and resume automatically as the period rolls on, and we may contact you. You may not use AutoBuilder, its outputs or its responses to build, train, test or improve another model-preparation product or AI model, or submit scans automatically in bulk for that purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
Owners manage staff invitations and registered computers. Deactivating a computer revokes its desktop access; it can reconnect through browser approval if a slot is available. Unusual device registration activity may be reviewed. A change of IP address alone does not sign you out.
Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded where they apply), our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including failed prints, re-makes, or clinical outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be notified to the account email. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
